However, Nansen never truly conquered the medium of film the way that a certain Asta Nielsen did; around this time, ‘Die Asta’ had just set out for Germany. 'For the Sake of A Man', in which Nansen plays alongside one of the greatest male Danish stars of the theatre, Poul Reumert, is among the now-lost Betty Nansen films.
