At a European seaside resort, Elly von Langen, the beautiful daughter of an officer, meets an elegant Indian maharajah and falls in love with him. She elopes with the maharajah to India. Much to her chagrin, she finds herself installed in his harem there, and even though she is accorded the status of being his favourite wife, she does not have her freedom.

Inspired by Columbus, the navy officer Avanti Planetaros endeavours to chart the cosmos and explore its strange planets. His spaceship lands on Mars, where Avanti and his crew meet a peace-loving, fruit-eating, gentle people who surely have a thing or two to teach the earthlings.

The film has English intertitles and music by Ronen Thalmay.

Countess Ysabel is a young, wealthy woman adored by many men. An elegant baron and adventurer has managed to win her heart, yet she continues to toy with the feelings of her other suitors. Her actions have fatal consequences when a young man takes his own life out of unrequited love, and when the baron also turns out to be hiding a terrible secret, Ysabel’s world collapses.
